Peter Higginson is one of Decoder Ring Theatre's more accomplished stage actor, playing Shakespearean roles in and around Toronto, Ontario in between his roles over the radio.[1]
Peter Higginson is, among other roles, the voice of The Stranger, one of the Red Panda Adventures' most beloved characters.
